Plant Fiber Plate – The optimal solution is to direct these materials to an industrial composting facility where things like controlled temperature and the presence of microorganisms accelerate decomposition. Breakdown typically occurs in a few months or less under these conditions. Unfortunately finding such a facility in your locale may prove to be difficult and the alternative, placing these materials into your home compost, oftentimes will take much longer to yield the desired result.
